Fundacja Dla Transplantacji – Zostaw Serce Na Ziemi is based in Warsaw and focuses on public education around transplantation. Its mission combines information work with cultural projects and events that promote transplant awareness. In 2026 this direction was also present at the 12 Hours Heart of Masuria Festival, supporting Polish transplantation and cardiac surgery.
