Who it is for
For festival organisers who want to run the event as a brand, with coherent communication, sales messaging, social media, campaigns, web, video and regional media throughout the edition.
How we work
The method should organise the work, not add unnecessary layers.
We run a festival as a brand, a sales campaign and a repeatable project. We first organise measurement, account access, the ticket offer, audiences and a six-month calendar. As the event approaches, we increase publishing rhythm, remarketing and practical event communication.
Technical layer
What we actually check and implement.
- Audit of profiles, website, analytics and access
- Content and campaign plan for one edition across a six-month cycle
- Meta Ads with the media budget paid by the organiser
- Clear success-fee rules based on paid sales after refunds and cancellations
- Separation of the ZSM fee from production, artists, security, ticketing and other supplier costs
- Campaign reporting without promising a guaranteed number of tickets sold
Practical value
“The main value is one system that connects the brand and its content with sales and the next edition. Our regional media can provide an additional distribution channel within an agreed allowance, not unlimited exposure or a substitute for media budget.”
Festival as a brand. A campaign built around the goal.
Promotion and sales first. Production only when it is in scope.
The base model covers six months of communication for one edition: social media, Meta campaigns, sales information and reporting. Web, SEO, video, media and coordination are added in wider options. Artists, technical production, security, ticketing and other suppliers are not automatically included in the monthly fee.
Strategy and sales
One edition, a six-month communication plan, sales rhythm, programme, artists, venue and organisational information.
