Who it is for
For municipalities, towns, cultural centres, public bodies, organisations and local institutions that want to connect resident information, events, regional promotion and owned media in one system instead of operating every channel separately.
How we work
The method should organise the work, not add unnecessary layers.
We first map sources, editorial responsibility, information and event types, and the channels that genuinely need ongoing operation. Only then do we design the website and publishing flow. In a local information system, the number of posts matters less than knowing where information came from, when it was updated and where the original source can be checked.
Technical layer
What we actually check and implement.
- Portal or online newspaper with information, events, initiatives, culture, sport, tourism and resident-service sections
- Source workflow: proposed / approved / disabled with links to originals instead of copying third-party articles
- Event radar and owned place, institution, event and organiser records verified before indexing
- Online radio with player, schedule and archive when the agreed scope, infrastructure and licensing allow it
- Social media, video, interviews and regional online-TV formats connected to the source website
- Leaflets, guides and promotional newspapers: design, layout, prepress and print coordination
- Local SEO: URL architecture, canonicals, sitemap, schema, Search Console and contextual internal linking
- Domain, hosting or infrastructure, backups, editorial roles, updates and security controls
- Digital accessibility, public-information systems and formal integrations treated as a defined scope with audit where required
Practical value
“The value is not another municipal website or another social profile. It is one controlled system in which an official update, event, video, radio item, social post and print asset can come from the same source while every channel keeps a clear purpose and responsibility.”

Additional costs
“Print runs, hosting or streaming, domains, licences, paid media, external suppliers and formal accessibility or cybersecurity audits are billed according to the agreed scope. We do not claim formal legal, WCAG, public-information or security compliance from implementation alone; where formal audit or acceptance is required, it must be separately defined and completed.”
