The Z Serca Mazur story

We have been building internet communities, media and brands since the early days of their digital history.

We combine experience from websites, media, project management and events into one practical promotion system. We bring large-project capability, regional pricing and an everyday presence in Masuria.

What branding really is

A logo is a sign people recognise. The brand starts earlier.

We build direction, character, language, identity, experience and a way of operating so every channel expresses the same brand.

  1. 01

    Purpose and positioning

We first define why the brand should exist, who it serves and what should make it different.

  2. 02

    Voice and character

A brand should sound like one person across its website, social media and events.

  3. 03

    Visual identity

Identity should support daily work rather than become a collection of attractive but disconnected graphics.

  4. 04

    Visibility and growth

We design content, URLs and channels so the brand can be found, remembered and developed.

first digital projects

Early websites and communities

Early websites and communities were a practical school of information architecture, publishing and audience work. A platform only matters when people genuinely want to use it.

Venues, partners and delivery in Masuria

Permanent local presence, venue relationships and regional suppliers allow us to coordinate projects on the ground instead of managing them only from a distance.

Z Serca Mazur today

Today we connect brand strategy, WordPress and SEO, social media, audio-video production, events and our own regional media. This lets us connect a client’s website and communication with real content distribution when that mix makes business sense.

Z Serca Mazur is run by Piotr Flis from Mrągowo — founder and owner of the agency, Programme Director of the whole Z Serca Mazur Group and editor-in-chief of Radio Mrągowo and Radio Kętrzyn. He leads a 12-person team across northern Masuria, with its own film studio and a group of highly specialised experts. He previously managed large internet portals and radio stations, including Megastacja and RadioSfera, and served as programme director at several smaller stations. Today he brings that experience together in one agency — backed by the region’s own media.

Capabilities larger than the agency itself

Local presence combined with experience from large projects.

Z Serca Mazur works as a focused collaboration system. We select people with genuine operational, technology and event experience instead of maintaining an expensive structure for appearance alone.

Events

From an idea to an event with a brand, promotion and a future.

We can combine event organisation with branding, a website, sales, media, partners and post-event communication. The work does not end with a poster or the event day.

  1. 01

    Concept

Objective, format, audience and a realistic delivery plan.

  2. 02

    Event brand

Name, identity, language and coherent materials.

  3. 03

    Website and sales

Information architecture, programme, tickets and conversion points.

  4. 04

    Promotion and media

Social media, owned channels, partners, patronage and content production.

  5. 05

    Delivery and continuity

Coordination, coverage, archive and visibility for future editions.

Poster, post and owned website

Every channel has a role. An owned website creates continuity.

We do not dismiss posters, print or social media. We connect them with a place people can return to, search and use to take the next step.

  1. 01

    Poster and leaflet

They work in a specific place and moment. They can invite attention but rarely hold the full project story.

  2. 02

    Social media post

It can generate quick reach and reaction, but visibility depends on the algorithm and the pace of new content.

  3. 03

    Owned website

It has a lasting address, can be searched, updated, shared and developed across campaigns and future editions.

When did you last return to a leaflet? You can return to a good website, search for it and share it again.

We are here

Large-project capabilities. Regional pricing. Daily presence in Masuria.

We know the area, local media, organisers, businesses and how the region operates outside a presentation deck. We do not arrive only for a meeting — we are here and can work on the project every day.

  • 01Knowledge of the region and its seasonality
  • 02Our own media and websites
  • 03Close and responsive collaboration
  • 04A team selected for the actual scope

Our principle

We want you to earn more through our work than we earn from you.

A collaboration should create more value for the client than it costs. Long relationships should come from results and trust, not contract length.

Brief / 6 steps

Let’s begin with the right questions

Six short questions are enough for us to return with a clear direction for the conversation.

How does the brief work?
The Z Serca Mazur project systemYour brief becomes a project right away
  1. We save the brief as a numbered project card in our system
  2. We prepare the proposal for acceptance in the client panel — you can also suggest a price
  3. Stages, comments and decisions are kept in one place
  4. You see every decision and progress as it happens — no digging through emails

02Where is the brand today?
03What is not working or missing?
04Which areas should we connect?
05What should change when the project is complete?
06How should we return with a concrete proposal?
